Oct 21, 2019 I have a similar Win 10 Pro i7 8700 32GB ram. 1TB internal SSD and Studio one 4.5 pro. I have an Apollo Twin Duo USB with a PCIe OCTO. Using the UAD-2 plugins in S1 use the DSP's on the Twin and PCIe OCTO with little strain on the CPU of the host machine. I don't use many VST instruments so I never run into CPU issues in S1.
